These Terms and Conditions govern the use of FoxAd, an AI-powered listing generation software.
FoxAd offers several subscription plans: • TRIAL: free trial, 25 generations, 30 days • STARTER: €9.99/month or €99.90/year — 100 generations/month • PRO: €29.99/month or €299.90/year — 400 generations/month • PREMIUM: €59.99/month or €599.90/year — 1,000 generations/month All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change with one month's notice.
Payment is processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant platform. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. FoxAd does not store any payment card data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the FoxAd application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
By activating your license and accessing digital content, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.
FoxAd, its interface, algorithms and content are the exclusive property of the publisher. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
FoxAd is a writing assistance tool. The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy or compliance of generated listings with any third-party platform's rules. Users are solely responsible for published content.
Data collected (name, email, IP address) is used solely for license management and service communication. It is never sold. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data under GDPR.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
