FoxAd is an AI-powered listing generator for vintage clothing, available at fox-ad.com and as a mobile application. Data controller: FoxAd — contact: contact@fox-ad.com
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the service to function: • Email address: collected when you create an account via Google OAuth or manual registration. Used to manage your account and send your licence key. • Licence key: generated automatically and linked to your account. • Subscription plan: TRIAL, STARTER, PRO or PREMIUM — stored to manage your usage quota. • Usage count: number of listings generated per month, used to enforce plan limits.
• No bank card data or payment details — payments are handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. • No generated listing content — listings are generated client-side and are never stored on our servers. • No geolocation data. • No advertising tracking.
Your data is used to: • Create and manage your FoxAd account • Send your licence key by email • Manage your subscription and monthly quota • Respond to your support requests
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@fox-ad.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except: • Stripe: payment processing (governed by Stripe's own privacy policy) • OpenAI: AI content generation (prompts are sent without personal identifiers) • Google: OAuth authentication if you use "Sign in with Google"
